For the eleventh year in a row, Pearl Companies was an active sponsor of the Children's Miracle Network annual telethon in June, contributing $2,500 to the organization and helping raise the $2,206,914 pledged to benefit Children's Hospital of Illinois and other pediatric hospitals in the network. On June 6, Pearl matched donations during the telethon hour of 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. up to $2,500, and the total raised over that time period was $13,000.

Children's Miracle Network's mission is to generate funds and awareness programs in partnership with and for the benefit of member hospitals/foundations and the children they are privileged to serve. The funds raised through the telethon will be allocated to educational materials for patients and families; the Parent's Support Fund, which helps families of hospitalized children with meals, lodging, and transportation; new pediatric programs, services, and research; and state-of-the-art equipment.
