Pearl Insurance Enhances Real Estate E&O features

Pearl Insurance is pleased to announce some exciting new features will be added to its National Real Estate Errors & Omissions Program. They include automatic discrimination coverage increased to a $250,000 sub-limit (up to $1,000,000 available), Lock Box coverage increased to a $250,000 sub-limit, 50% reduction for claims resolved within one year with a maximum credit limit of $5,000 per policy period, and coverage for services via the Internet, e-mail, telecommunications, and other similar systems. In addition to enhancing their program coverages, Pearl Insurance has also increased its valuable and unique risk management services. These include monthly risk management flyers detailing real life claim situations and how to prevent them, informational articles discussing a variety of risk management topics, nation-wide as well as on-site risk management seminars that provide real estate professionals with continuing educational credits and premium credit options for qualified firms, and quarterly risk management newsletters mailed directly to the insured’s office.
